I went to the doctors on the 5th because i was having bad pelvic pain. I found out that i have an ovarian cyst. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what symptoms i can expect to feel when the cyst ruptures?

I know they get back pain cramping, bloating, spotting ocasionaly, indergestion, but I need to know why some women get blood in their urine with ovarian cancer? I found out medically today they do and I need to know why. If you can help me that would be good. I will not say who this is for. But all I need to know is why some ladies get that. Thank you
